Extra shipping may apply for AK & HI.  We also offer UPS NExt Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Shipping. Estimated time of UPS Ground delivery: Rocky Mountains & West Coast 2-4 Days, Mid West 4-6 Days, East Coast 6-9 Days

Availability
All merchandise and prices on Marty's website are subject to change without notice. All merchandise is subject to availability and prior sale and, all orders are subject to acceptance by Marty's .

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. You will be notified of any delays.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. Used non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund. For your convenience, we also accept returns and exchanges of items purchased through martysboardshop.com at our retail locations.

For new unused returns/exchanges please call for a return authorization.

Returns due to some fault of martysboardshop.com will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs-UPS Ground or US Mail only. Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Returns that are not our fault are subject to restocking/handling fees plus shipping.

Warranties
Every item martysboardshop.com carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and dropping are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.

Labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty.

Marty's Warranty
Marty's will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on merchandise we sell but, otherwise, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise in our catalogs.

Marty's shall not be responsible for the proper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the merchandise. Marty's urges you to wear a helmet and use lighting regardless of the legal requirements pertaining thereto in your particular state.
